Belay Teferra, holds Bachelor of Law from Wolaita Sodo University, College of Law and Governance Studies. He joined Kumlachew Dagne and Associates Law Office in 2015 as a legal assistant. He has extensive experience in preparing and forwarding summonses and subpoenas, drafting complaints, preparing and filing discovery requests and responses to opposing counsel. He has also established excellent links with the judiciary and other government offices in Ethiopia which are vital liaison to the day-to-day activities of KDA.

Belay recently passed the attorney exam for Federal First Instance Courts with the second best score and registered as Trade Mark Agent at Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office.
