Dibaba Amensisa: brings more two decades of experience in legal practice and management. He worked as a Special Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office before he was appointed as a Judge in the Administrative Tribunal of the Federal Civil Service Commission. In 1999, he joined the former Ethiopian Privatization Agency, now the Privatization and Public Enterprises Supervising Agency as a Legal Expert and  latter became acting Head of the Legal Service in the Privatization and Public Enterprises Supervising Agency . He served as a board member of Action Professionals Association for the People (APAP) and Crystal Tannery Share Company. He is also an attorney and counselor-at-law since 2007 and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the weekly English-language newspaper The Reporter.
